Kings Court Hotel Alcester

I was initially recommended to Leah and Jordan by a mutual acquaintance , who’s cousins wedding I photographed last year. Unfortunately they had found themselves in a bit of a pickle, after the photographer they originally hired (and paid a deposit to) vanished into thin air.

They have just celebrated their first months wedding anniversary and sent me such a beautiful bunch of flowers and a lovely note to say thank you for helping to capture their special day.

Now that the honeymoon is over and I’ve settled back in at work, I wanted to take a moment to say thank you!

After what happened with our first photographer, I really did not think we had a chance of having someone to capture our special day until Jodie gave me your number – you were like our fairy god mother and saved our day!
You are such a kind, lovely, slightly bonkers lady who brought a lot of laughter and happiness to our day and also managed to capture it at the same time and for that, my husband (eek) and I are truly grateful!
All of our guests commented on how amazing you were throughout the day and I have no doubt that when we see the photos, you will have captured all of the special moments that we didn’t see and if the engagement pics are anything to go by, they will be beautiful!
I will 100% recommend your services to anyone in need of a photographer who puts you at ease, is so inspired and captures all of the little moments of your day.

 Thank you again Steph.

Mrs and Mrs Banner,  have since received their photographs and are over the moon with them.

Here are a selection of images from their day:

Newbold Pacey / Stratford Armouries

When I first met Katherine and Richard I was struck by how connected they were. The looks that passed between them and how often one or the other would reach out and gently grasp the others hand while they talked.
They are also two of the most down to earth and natural people I have ever met. Their wedding day was about celebrating their love for one another as well as showing their loved ones a wonderful fun time and giving them a day to remember – and boy did they!
There were, bouncy castles, balloons, tug of war games, gladiator sticks and of course a delicious chocolate fountain. (Remembering it all as I type this has made me grin from ear to ear!)
It was a dream day for any photographer, the weather was perfect and the locations stunning.
The ceremony was held at the gorgeous St George Church in Newbold Pacey, and after the wedding ceremony guests left for the venue, (The Stratford Armouries) the three of us went  into Oakley Wood for a quick and more intimate shoot. This gave the new Mr and Mrs Salisbury time to relax and take a breather before starting the next stage of their days celebrations.
Once we arrived at the armouries the party really got started and the games commenced! The set up was lovely with the marquee set in a beautiful field overlooking the Warwickshire countryside. Guests sat in the open air and bathed in the golden sunlight of the day.
Later on as the sun started to dip, the three of us again slipped away to capture a few more shots in the beautiful surroundings. The final highlight of the day was the lighting and setting free, heart shaped lanterns into the gathering dusk. Katherine had arranged this as a surprise for Richard.

Hi Steph
The photographs are AMAZING! Thank you so much! – Katherine and Richard

Sherbourne Park

When Alex said to me last year at our first meeting “I want our wedding day to be different” I knew right then that I and all their lovely guests were in for a treat. I was not wrong!!
So much thought and love had gone into every little detail and the result was breath-taking.
They day started out a bit dreary with rain showers, but that did not stop the smiles, love and happiness that radiated from every single person present to witness Alex and Jasons’ magical day!
My brief was to take lots of relaxed and fun photos, to really capture the essence of the day. I had such fun, and at times I was laughing so much it was hard to hold my camera still and focus.
The wedding took place at  Sherbourne Church with the reception a short walk away in a beautiful marque at Sherbourne Park.
I had this wonderful feedback:

Hey Stephanie,
Wow! The photos are amazing ….Cant thank you enough for capturing our special day together. We didn’t even notice you there! Love the crazy photos of the bridesmaids and ushers, that was a lovely surprise!
Thank you again. Hopefully we will see you soon xx

Pendrell Hall

Held at the exquisite Pendrell Hall Country House, Wendy and Steve’s wedding was a glorious celebration of their love for each other and for their family and friends. Guests flew in from all over the world to be a part of their special day, and to say that I have never seen so many happy, smiley faces would be an understatement (especially after the free bar opened for business).
I have two main memories from the day that will always make me smile…
The first is, 10 minutes before the ceremony, the bride was still not dressed and was calmly trying to help the bridesmaids into their dresses with no concern for herself at all. The hotel wedding planner was hopping from foot to foot and all the guests were already seated in the ceremony room. I put my cameras down and dressed Wendy myself. I have never been more thankful for all the times I have peered over shoulders to get perfect shots of the lacing of the dress; so I knew exactly what I was doing – phew!!
The second memory is again about the dress. Wendy, realising that the dresses hoop had snapped and had somehow un-threaded itself, was unable to walk. We were on an outside gravel patio and poor Steve didn’t know how to help. Again, my cameras were put down and I found myself on my hands and knees in the gravel, with my head under the dress, re-threading and attaching the hoop.
After that I made a promise to myself to always carry knee pads in my kit bag!

Thank you for all your help on our wedding day, it was well above and beyond the call of duty.
We have just received our photographs. They are truly amazing, thank you so very much.
Take care – Wendy and Steve

Hogarths Hotel, Dorridge

It may have been a  tad chilly (2 degrees) and a little wet on the January day when Kirstin and Edward had their wedding blessing. However, that didn’t matter as the atmosphere was so joyful and warm as friends and family came together to celebrate.
Edward and Kirstin live in and were married in South Africa in 2014. This blessing and day was a wonderful way for those that couldn’t make it to their SA wedding to celebrate Edward and Kirstin’s love and commitment to each other.
Edwards mum Jane, contacted me and booked my services in November after I was recommended to her by guests that had attended Maria and Gary’s wedding blessing earlier in the year. She sent me this lovely feedback …

It was such a lovely surprise to receive the beautiful presentation case with CD of the photos you took for Ed and Kirst’s wedding blessing on 3rd January – something to treasure forever. The photos are really lovely and I wanted to thank you for the time and detail you put into them. It is very much appreciated.
P. S we love the photo of Kirst and her mum taking a selfie on your website.
Wishing you continued success for the future
